- Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your location.
- Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
- Once shipped, tracking details will be shared via email or WhatsApp.
Please note that delivery timelines may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Returns & Replacements
We take quality seriously. Returns or replacements are accepted only in the following cases:
- You received a damaged product
- You received a defective product
- You received the wrong item
Conditions:
- Requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
- Clear photos of the product and packaging must be shared for verification.
- Products must be unused and in original packaging.
Once approved, we will arrange a replacement or issue a refund, depending on the situation.
Refunds
- Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
- Refunds may take 5–7 business days to reflect, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Non-Returnable Items
